Things I have underway that I want to push more towards the end of January 2020: * Writing more stuff about how I do IndieWeb stuff _after_ I finish them * Finish more of my IndieWeb projects * Attempt to do more talks * Push more into general… https://v2.jacky.wtf/post/1a654360-5621-479a-9f28-44d420902bad

Indieweb folks: where do you actually host your stuff? Not Github, presumably?

↩️ @heydonworks Now realising that I might not meet the spec of “indieweb folk”, sorry for muddying up the replies

#
[jgmac1106]
gwg we do not, please go +1,-1 and remember about Austin
#
[jgmac1106]
we don't want to overlap
#
[jgmac1106]
GWG if you want to do this while in Bulgaria we have to plan quick, but Feb works amazing for me as my partner is laid off then so I won't have to pay for childcare to organize
#
GWG
Okay.
#

If you want to find all the links from last year, eddie did a great job, I liked how we had session planning a 1-2 weeks before to match people and times

[jgmac1106]: Looking at your list, February 7th and 8th seems to work the best. You asked to avoid President's Weekend, and the following weekend is Austin
#
GWG
I looked at last year's schedule, and we could reuse it pretty easily.
#
[jgmac1106]
perfect, if you want to do it, make the page and add to events
#
[jgmac1106]
one thing I want to try is to see if we can do a multilingual conference, but only if we get organizers for Russian, Dutch, or Twi for example
#
GWG
[jgmac1106]: Using the new tool?
#
GWG
Good chance for me to try aaronpk's work
#
[jgmac1106]
well make a wiki page too for us as we plan, the events page is more public facing
#
GWG
I'm just wondering, with the new site, what should be on a wiki page now. I don't want to do all the sections we don't need.
#
GWG
How about 2020/Online/Planning?
#
GWG
Without the 2020/Online

Good morning
#
aaronpk
the wiki will still be useful for planning and for things like the schedule grid and session notes
#
Loqi
good morning!
#
GWG
aaronpk: Which means the Planning and Schedule Grid, but not the event page itself.
#
aaronpk
marinin[t]: is anyone ops in that channel and did you register it and such? You can actually invite Loqi yourself if you're a channel op, just send an invite via IRC
#
aaronpk
also would appreciate if you added me to the ops list with chanserv in case I need to fight spam again later and such
#
aaronpk
GWG: I started changing Austin's wiki pages to that model
#
GWG
aaronpk: I'll have a look.
#
GWG
aaronpk: It still says using Google Hangouts though. I'll fix it
