I haven't been using noterlive with these - somehow it's harder with zoom than in person

i've seen a few terms used

it's also the thing of looking at the faces, and so not wanting to be looking at the noterlive app on my 2nd screen. I suppose I could put the faces ont he 2nd screen so it looks like I have some kind of eye contact but it's still weird

Thinking of redoing https://indieweb.org/Planning#2020 for online events for the rest of the year, and pushing all city planning to 2021. What do people think?
#

At this rate I'm not even confident about the first half of 2021

I have a feeling parts of Europe will have it under control in 2021H1

should I switch those Kaja edits to be hidden, now the current code has run a while and seems to work just fine? ^^^
#
aaronpk
I don't mind seeing them, it's a nice reminder that it's working
#
sknebel
actually, I should make the edit messages more useful: make them a clickable link to the hwc list, and announce if it added anything or just cleaned out expired ones
#
sknebel
also: 70000 edits on the wiki apparently, since I think the diff= counter is global :D

[schmarty] I've experienced the 90-min hosting burnout as well. I think 90 min is a good default for HWC Online
#
[tantek]
last night's HWC West Coast was energized enough (with enough people taking turns to brainstorm, provide examples) that we were still quite alert at 90 minutes and decided to extend to 8pm. I think that works better. 90 minutes scheduled, host's option to extend
