↩️ Hello fellow mathematician! There are lots of ways to syndicate content, some dependent on which platform(s) you're using and where you're syndicating to/from. Your best bet is to swing by the IndieWeb Dev chat and ask that very question. [more...] https://boffosocko.com/2020/09/11/55776585/

@brettkosinski
The Astronomy Picture of the Day from NASA has been in my RSS feed list for as long as I can remember. There’s a lot of things I love about it, but that it’s basically a flashback to the late 90s web is definitely near the top of the list. #indieweb #astronomy #nostalgia (…

!tell [chrisaldrich] is the featured image here your own or freely licensed? https://events.indieweb.org/2020/09/domain-of-one-s-own-meetup-september-2020--908ut7UmA2T3 (it looks like stock art)

I thought I'd fixed the webmention on my post to show it as an RSVP... for some reason the WP editor eats <data> tags on updates in some cases. I've fixed it, but not sure if I beat the final generation....
#
[tantek]
thanks!
#
[chrisaldrich]
It definitely wasn't there last night or earlier this morning when I looked at the newsletter.

[Event Updated] boffosocko.com updated "Sep 22, 2020 9:00am Domain of One's Own Meetup (September 2020)" changed description "added cc license for featured image" https://events.indieweb.org/event/153/history/585/diff
#
[chrisaldrich]
That quick rush and Loqi seems to have fallen asleep on the newsletter sending? I wanted to see if I beat the deadline...

thanks for adding the CC license [chrisaldrich]

Now to go back and troubleshoot why it's dropping the <data> tags and figure out why the cc license didn't get copied over from my original post(s) from July. manual until it hurts would have worked better I think.

[James_Gallaghe]++ for so many IndieNews posts this week! (and making sure it wasn't empty!)
