↩️ Notably the Indieweb does not rely on a new technology to exist, and achieve ubiquity (or funding). Also: it is already happening, and there are a wealth of protocol implementations.

Had anyone thought of an in-person IWC in the UK for this year? I'm seriously starting to miss in-person things.

petermolnar: [tantek] left you a message on 2022-05-21 at 5:55am UTC: I noticed the /Small_Computer page and it didn't seem like it should be a proper noun, so I looked for the general concept elsewhere and couldn't find it, though I did find this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Small_form_factor_(desktop_and_motherboard) —should it be renamed to one of the classes of computer listed there?

small computer != motherboard form factors, so that, no. Removing the page, I'll leave that decision to you.

petermolnar, the page felt indieweb relevant (wasn't proposing removing), at least from a indieweb hosting perspective, and I was trying to connect it related efforts and was unable to figure out exactly what it meant. am asking questions to understand better. does anyone else have an indieweb related idea/notion of a "small computer"?

an IWC UK this year would be great petermolnar

since Brighton is the place where we're most likely to get a venue on short/flexible notice (same as before), can you add your interest and thoughts here? https://indieweb.org/Planning#Brighton

↩️ first impression. too specific and complex. i think all thats needed is 1. todos as subtodos (=dependency todos) of other todos 2. links to 1+ linked output documents per todo, which can be inpit document links to other todos 3. a chat style discussion per todo thats it
