[tantek] second, we need to agree on the markup for those entries. I'm currently unsure if h-event or h-card (which has an anniversary property) is more appropriate / better. need to experiment with both maybe

[tantek] third, depending on how precise we want to be, for some of these items we may want to collect/publish/markup the actual *time* of the anniversary so not all anniversaries for a single day are dumped into chat at the same time
