[tantek] gRegor see that diff ^ for how to embed blockquotes and markup inside them into mediawiki. it's a bit odd but the general rule is that MediaWiki dislikes (closes list item or blockquote elements) when there's a line break, so you have to use explicit p or br markup and remove the line breaks
