[tantek] we really need to an overhaul of the IndieWebCamp Organizing page, by folks who have organized an IndieWebCamp in the past 2-3 years

[tantek] there's a lot of stuff there that is extremely optional, and critical things are getting lost so it makes it a very hard page to actually use as an Organizer

[tantek] I'm very tempted to summarily move everything to optional and start from scratch again
#
[tantek] "simple" things like the minimum necessary introduction to the day, setting up remote participation, how to explain breakout session proposals, running breakout session proposals, making sure facilitators know their responsibilities to designate a note-taker, to make sure the remote participation for the session is setup, to make sure that the session recording is started
