[tantek] Only thing I will say is that moderating communities does require labor, and can burn people out. Some folks have more spare emotional labor than others and people's (even moderator's) emotional labor budget can drastically fluctuate day to day, week to week, and that's worth admitting, accepting, and working with per /life_happens. No one "entitled" to the emotional labors of others, even moderators.
