[tantek] I definitely participated. That was the guiding ethos of my first website, a manifesto in the style of the original 37Signals site.

(also haven’t touched the wiki today because I’ve been so lethargic from the flu and covid boosters yesterday)

I asked on Mastodon for examples of folks with SSGs and in so doing added a bit of color to a few SSG pages. There are a few folks whose SSGs are nearly-entirely homegrown. Is there some appropriate wiki page for that *highly* specific phenomenon? I mean, it could be the SSG itself.
#
[tantek]
a list item on the SSG page for each is fine, unless they show up here and/or are actively working on the SSG to make it installable/usable by others, then it might be worthy of its own page

[artlung]
thanks for that. I'm sort of mulling if there's a simple way to communicate "my personal site plumbing is homemade by me and I make it available" - a term, acronym, sentence. not critical but I really do esteem folks who do that.

Zola is a static site generator written in Rust that has been used by some community members on their personal site https://indieweb.org/Zola
