aaronpk i somehow made a terrible mistake

aaronpk when I reactivated all the zoom licenses in october, it triggered signing up for an annual plan, but prorated it so only charged a bit

aaronpk but the annual plan just renewed on feb 1 for all the licenses, so i was just charged for all the seats for the whole year
