MD87 The non-sequitur bit is interesting. Although I probably wouldn't personally kool-aid-man into an ongoing conversation, it seems completely natural to have non-sequiturs in a big IRC channel, multiple conversations at once, etc. It can get hard to follow, but it's sort of the nature of the beast. Took me a moment to appreciate the perspective where that would be considered rude/hostile.
