[social] Pardon the snark last evening. Slack single tilde is a huge pain as I found out it added it when trying to get a budget proposal sorted out with colleagues and we were using ball park numbers and used the tilde a lot. One day all of our numbers in messages all had strikethroughs. That may have been around 2013 or 2014.
