ChiefRA tantek here are the implementation results: unfortunately Google's Rich Snippet Tool does not support hResume and Optimus is not working for some reason (I've twitted the owner to have a look, maybe you can talk to him too) so I can't check if I implemented correctly the hResume. So far btw, I'll stick with the hCrad implementation only since Google does not support hResume.
