tantek barnabywalters - for the SEO benefits, people can use the well established microformats for that. They're simpler to use than wading through all the schema.org crap (tons of useless objects and properties), and easier to maintain and make forward compatible with microformats2.

tantek so what do they mean by richer? more properties and objects? yes that means more complicated. more to learn, more to charge for, dubious if any benefit.

tantek it's trivial to show that yes you can add more markup to fool yourself into thinking you're making it richer
