Zegnat The content of the template element is a separate DocumentFragment and should not be interpreted. But the template element itself is part of your current DOM as far as I can find, and it can legally have a class and title attribute.

@benwerd @netribution @aidanskinner @mattervc We still have some aspects of those ideas in the form of microformats and http://schema.org - which are far far far easier to implement and therefore actually do see use.
