From what's happened with WordPress, themes, and other anecdotes of mf(2) support being added then over time breaking due to unrelated changes, it's pretty clear that we need to step up efforts to make validation-based CI as easy as possible for projects

one way to make that happen is to make validator patches (or new impls) a *requirement* for advancing microformats specs (and properties e.g. from draft to core)

It seems reasonable that publishers should be able to *validate* anything that is in a standard / core vocabulary
