wow backlog

[tantek]
I expect KevinMarks has already replied to that but if not, hey aaronpk ^^^
#
[tantek]
because I would say something like, all social readers support microformats.
#
aaronpk
i'm gonna steal that but phrase it differnently
#
aaronpk

[Aaron Parecki] Here's a few! https://archive.org/details/iwc-austin-2020-social-readers Social readers are a step up from traditional subscribe-only readers. Schema is fine for google indexing, but there's so much more that's possible!

I'd probably end up throwing some shade like, all social readers do because they support simple indieweb building blocks for a growing interoperable ecosystem of social readers and blogs, all talking to each other peer-to-peer, you know, like Google+ should have, instead of turning into a slower, crappier, Facebook clone for Google fans

aaronpk
i try to throw a positive spin on my shade
#
[tantek]
yup, usually temptation to shade means I need to get outside for some sun

↩️ Same. My blog is built with Eleventy. I also have http://webmention.io integrated. So adding microformats2 to your markup and making a POST call to an endpoint would allow you to comment on it. I don't render it yet, though. Using bridgy by @schnarfed collects tweets, too.
