#aaronpkI could be convinced to dedicate a weekend and pair program this up with you if you want Jacky. We could even livestream it to hold ourselves accountable
#GWGTell me if you need WordPress help once migrated.

#[tantek]I'm worried about keeping track of it all and the steps need (beyond chat), and suggest starting a list of steps for migration so we can edit / re-order / add to it etc., since it sounds like you have a particular strategy in mind
#[tantek]list of planned migration steps (for June 6-7) on the wiki or an etherpad would be great
#[tantek]what I don't want to see happen, "just start and figure it out as we go" because I can pretty much promise it won't get done and stuff will be missed / forgotten / broken
#aaronpkmaybe we should use the indieweb wiki tho so the list doesn't disappear part way thru :P
#aaronpkbut also don't worry, everything we'll do will be on a staging server and there's no need to go anywhere near the live server until we're confident everything is working
#[tantek]I think Rohit and I did at least some of that for the last migration, and tried to put it on the wiki
#aaronpki do that in a text file on my computer when I do these migrations myself. etherpad is probably the best bet for this
#[tantek]another thing that helps with these kinds of lists is for each migration "action", come up with a "how do we know it worked?" test or tests, and have that be one of the ways you pair (different person does the test than does the migration)
#[tantek]and yes that itself is an action that gets checked off

#gRegorLoveSounds like there's enough cooks already, but I'll be around that weekend if you need me to test out anything
