[Raphael_Luckom] Hey, I want to make sure I understand webmentions correctly. When a notification is sent to the _mentioned_ site, the program serving the mentioned site is supposed to create and store a record of the mention, and then send that to clients who request the mentioned site in the future.

[Raphael_Luckom] Specifically, I'm trying to rule out any requirement that CORS on the mentioned site be set up to allow JS on the _mentioning_ site to be able to request it.
