capjamesg sknebel angelo has spent upwards of 6 hours trying to work with 2.7 but we ran into persistent issues. We could pushed a version that uses an old version of Ubuntu for the sake of maintaining the test suite for a final v2.7 release, but we aren't changing the codebase.
