[tantek] hmm, I *think* what you want is "per parsing directive" linkability rather than per-line, since line-numbers change over time (spec edits), which is the same problem as linking to a line of code in GitHub

[tantek] can you file that as a spec feature request on the GH? makes total sense to me and I'll come up with some sort of consistent ID naming scheme so that the IDs stay with the parsing directives
