tantek If it's accepted into the working group as an Editor's draft, my plan is to keep a copy on the W3C wiki, and use our W3C Social Web github for Issues, as well as this channel (#social) for discussion - both of which, officially *instead of* email. Unofficial discussion are of course encouraged anywhere people want!
