I'm just saying that if all are provided (and I think that we should strongly encourage this), it makes both receivers and senders life easier. It cuts down on all the heuristics you might be doing in your code to figure out 'oh what do i do in this case to see if the claim can be verified.. or do I actually want to deal with this? hmm,
