aaronpk rawgit.com is run by some random person on the internet so there's no guarantee that it'll stick around for any length of time

aaronpk it's worse than the ephemerality of using a github pages URL

aaronpk at least with github pages you can be reasonably sure those URLs will work as long as github is around

aaronpk wseltzer: if I need to publish a new WD with changes that Ralph wants, I assume the instructions from the director would mean a WG resolution to publish a new draft is not necessary. what then do I include for the resolution URL when I publish?
