saranix somewhat off-topic question for any w3c OGs around... The fact that almost no one uses the WebSocket API without a huge library, and similarly it's near impossible to do WebRTC without some kind of library-- this to me means that the browser APIs for these things are a failure. What causes this, and what is the remedy, aside from 100s of hours of direct w3c participation?
