dlongley aaronpk: the authority in LDS is in control over the identifier, if the identifier is an HTTPS URL, then the presumption is that only the owner of the key can modify the resource ... the same is true for a key that may reside on a blockchain -- the blockchain itself has rules for modifying the key meta data

saranix last meeting was a fail and they are every 2 weeks. So if tomorrow's meeting is cancelled it would be at least 6 weeks between meetings. It that point might as well give up on the pretense that the CG is functioning.
