I have a site working where the aim is to turn any RSS 1.0 or 2.0 feed into an ActivityPub Actor that can publish posts that people can follow, but that is it. you can test it here https://bots.tinysubversions.com/convert/ although I will probably change the domain soonish so anything you do set up will be wiped out as far as federation goes
