cwebber2 sl007 and I are both going to try writing activitypub implementations that use something like https://github.com/WebOfTrustInfo/rwot7-toronto/blob/master/topics-and-advance-readings/magenc.md but with ipfs as the p2p distribution mechanism

cwebber2 so think activitypub, but with encrypted content served over ipfs instead of over http, so more resilient in that way
