trwnh fr33domlover: "whenever convenient"? activitypub is an openworld protocol so it's mostly "do what you want". i would suggest letting people Follow a Service that happens to Announce any Activities related to that issue. like a relay, basically. but there's nothing preventing you from having that Service at the same "id" as the object itself, and say having type:[Issue,Service]
