@kevinmarks ↩️ Webmentions could do this, but they are designed for when one thing links to another. If you're making new links just to trigger updates that is a bit odd. You might be better off with WebSub for general notifications of changes: https://www.w3.org/TR/websub/ (twitter.com/_/status/1280544765759688708)
