Loqi [@QueerMatters] Been feeling a lot of climate grief recently. #ClimateChange is scary, and sometimes that fear really gets on top of me. I wrote a lil post about it: https://thinkymeat.neocities.org/posts/climate-grief/ #Blog #IndieWeb #Writing (https://mstdn.social/@QueerMatters/117311901964254208)

Loqi [manton.org] Reviewing the latest draft of the LOLA portability spec for ActivityPub. Micro.blog supports a bunch of import and export formats, as well as the “move” activity. Planning to add LOLA too. (https://www.manton.org/2026/09/21/reviewing-the-latest-draft-of.html)

Loqi [@ilyess] Test note sent from my phone, automatically published on my static site then syndicated elsewhere. If this works, I’d have a pretty solid setup! #indieweb #blog https://ilye.ss/notes/202609220243/ (https://mastodon.online/@ilyess/117312419828037936)

Loqi I implemented webmentions for my blog stuff in the year 2019. I didn't receive a single one after the initial "great you have webmentions!1!11!!!" test mentions 😀 It's a toy for the inner circle of "#Indieweb VIPs" and not worth implementing. [tantek] sounds entitled? like the folks who post on socials then delete their posts that don't receive any likes

thamara_k I don't understand this indieweb VIP / inner circle / exclusivity / "coding test for the privileged" POV. I'm not a dev and I certainly haven't felt this way.

Loqi [@MOULE] Probably the largest ever collection of 88x31 web buttons I've ever seen (120,764 at the time of this toot) by @mat! I see mine are in there too. Looking forward to going through here looking for new cool IndieWeb sites to check out! ... (https://mastodon.moule.world/@MOULE/117314158611139520)

[jeremycherfas] https://cyberplace.social/@khleedril made a great point in reply to that “VIP” post, asking whether the person had ever sent anyone else a webmention. No reply, yet.

Loqi [manton.org] OutPost is a new Micropub client for Mac, with full compatibility with Micro.blog-hosted blogs. It’s a public beta now. Initial testing looks good! In fact I’m typing this microblog post using it. (https://www.manton.org/2026/09/22/outpost-is-a-new-micropub.html)

Loqi [@khleedril] Despite some negative sentiment around here, I provide this list of blogs I keep a watch on which provide #webmention end-points and an #RSS feed, along with some rationale and (shallow) analysis, for those who are interested....
