Ruxton there seems to be a small timing issue between wordpress-micropub and bridgy-publish. Micropub plugin saves attachments after post creation, bridgy publish triggers sends at publication, so in a very small window, bridgy receives a publish request for a page that doesnt have the image/video/etc. on it yet.
