tantek wow Gutenberg uses React? I think that's a big mistake and will make WordPress UI much slower on lots of boxes (mobile) and networks

tantek FB themselves can't seem to make React not suck resources (memory, CPU) in their usage.

[kimberlyhirsh] I have a question about [pfefferle]'s webactions plug-in. I don't have any experience dealing with composer - am I understanding correctly that I can't make it work just by uploading the zip like I do with most WP plugins, but instead that there is an additional step?
