[Rose] I'm sending the URLs to photos - but I think I know the problem. The bulk editor removes them or breaks the link to them

[Rose] Because reviewing the same post before and after bulk editing, and that's gone/

[Rose] It's a simple fix, delete the posts and send them again 😄

[Rose] And this being my development website, it's easy to do.

GWG I meant with photo posts. Rewriting the media code in Post Kinds is on my list

[Rose] Well I can replicate it, send a post to my micropub endpoint with photos, referencing an (external) URL, have it set to post privately, then change the post to public from the post list the photo URL is removed.

[Rose] Now, I just have to create a custom template for my home page or figure out how to beat _that_ into submission, and voilà.

jackjamieson The proposal makes a lot of sense to me, though I'm not sure I'm familiar enough to have a very informed opinion

jackjamieson The only thing I thought of is that the proposed structure seems to be missing a field for the comment protocol. Since 'comment_type' would change to contain type of response (reply, like, etc.), I would imagine adding a 'protocol' field like the ActivityPub plugin would make sense
