GWG Wanted some thoughts on this outside of -dev

GWG IndieAuth has two implementations... one self hosted inside the IndieAuth plugin. The other is a drop in inside Micropub and Yarns that connects to IndieAuth.com. I want to split that piece out. But I am not sure the best way.

GWG I have a bunch of Improvements to IndieAuth I want to do that may be superseded by whatever Core decides to do with scopes
