[Jeff_Hawkins] AndySylvester: Don't forget that Bluehost runs an Nginx proxy out front on most of their servers that might interfere with that auth routine. Or might require a flush when you make changes. I like that setup but sometimes it gets a bit 'in the way' if you forget it.
