Bill_Bennett_NZ Something Indiweb isn't working for my site. I'm not asking anyone to fix code or troubleshoot, I can do that myself. What I need to know is why this page has a message saying "2 thoughts on XXXX" and then doesn't show any of those thoughts.

GWG Do you have Jetpack installed? There were a few plugins that were messing up displays

Bill_Bennett_NZ Ah... Well I'm online to the webhost trying to get that fixed too. Funny, both these things were fine around Xmas time, I've only noticed now because there is extra time on my hands.

Bill_Bennett_NZ I have the managed host company looking at that. Apparently someone else asked them a year ago... ;)

Bill_Bennett_NZ Ok. I put in a support message to Matthais about the header thing... the web host says it isn't blocking authorisation headers.

Bill_Bennett_NZ Hmmm. My usual next troubleshooting step would be to switch Jetpack off, but that controls comments, so it's not the answer.

Bill_Bennett_NZ Yep. Switching off Jetpack solves the problem. Now I don't ACTUALLY want to kill Jetpack because it handles my backups. SO I'm going to test if I can simply switch off the Comment feature of Jetpack. Let's try that.

Bill_Bennett_NZ OK, so that does fix it. Thanks for that. I'm usually good at troubleshooting, but wasn't sure where to start with this issue.

GWG I have this recollection of helping someone who turned off modules one by one.

Bill_Bennett_NZ Yes. You just have to turn Jetpack comments off.

Bill_Bennett_NZ Hey [jgmac1106] are there other issues with JetPack? I mainly use it because my host provides the Pro version which means I get free, or at least no extra cost, backups.
