does anybody have issues with their RSS feeds? One of my readers just notified me that on feedly the feed looks wonky... I am looking at it now on Thunderbird and it's also wonky (quite a few warnings on https://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi?url=https%3A%2F%2Fmaffulli.net%2Ffeed) ... do I need something special in the theme to fix it?

I don't think any of those are RSS issues per se

reed, it generally looks alright in Inoreader. (Though I'll mention that they did some updates earlier this year to make posts without titles look/work better.)

In Feedly, you're occasionally getting some weirdness at the bottom of some posts like: The post <span class='p-name'>title</span> appeared first on ][ Stefano Maffulli.

the span part is likely because your theme is doing some weird escaping of code. (I'd be willing to bet you're using the microformats plugin and that's causing the conflict there.)

Working through the refback plugin update using some of the code we wrote for webmentions. Just a simplified version of it
