Zegnat I think I just identified my own problem. Something may have changed in more recent WPs, do not know, but when I now run WP from the wordpress docker image it will create a wp-config.php file and no longer boot me into the installl view. So I have to use the WP cli to run the install. (This last statement is as of yet untested.)
