Zegnat petermolnar: from all guides I have read, it is not supposed to behave the way I see it behave, is the problem. The way it is now, to enable passing in settings through Docker environment, a special wp-config is created. All is good with it, *except* now that it exists WP goes and tries to get some data from the database. It then dies because the tables do not exist yet (because install has not run yet).
