[pfefferle] I changed the Webmention structure to be a bit more modern and we merged nearly every passing feature of semantic-linkbacks. The last missing piece is the comments output implementation.

GWG I volunteered to complete that ticket for webmentions and such to discover the rest api endpoint to help with parsing issues and never wrote the PR to do it
