I do not know whether I use the constant in multiple areas, only that I rely on the webmentions plugin and have not changed it in any way.

I put it at the end of the file. Thank you for the additional information, though not tested the change yet. I often find that there is a great deal of assumed knowledge in giving brief advice. :)

It was deployed for people to test so we could promote it to a normal feature... but we definitely could have done that earlier.
