Kupietz I sorely tempted to move to classicpress as well. I have a couple of vague reasons I'm holding back but it sure does seem like overall a good move

Kupietz Yeah, the whole thing about tech giants acting juvenile is becoming offputting. Seems to be the expected behavior lately, like they have to act like they're 12.

GWG I don't really support the block editor so just some minor tweaks

GWG I make sure things work.. but I don't include block editor elements... unless someone sends a PR

Kupietz interesting. The amount of under-the-hood customization and plugins I've written are one of the things that keeps me from venturing over... concern it'd be another decision like when I said, "I'm sick of my webhost, I'll just set up a server and host my sites myself at home".

Kupietz Huh. So, pretty recent.

GWG The 1.0 branch was forked from 4.9, the last pre block version.. but they rebased and may do more of that for the non blocky elements...
