[Kupietz] Oh, man. The wordpress webmention plugin doesn't check for linkins the output of shortcodes. I made a syndication shortcode so I dont have to include literal links in the body of every post I wanted to syndicate, and it inserts the right links into the post as displayed, but the plugin doesn't see them or send the webmentions.

# [social] After much cleaning in the wp files and some core cleaning in the DB. The homepage was rendering type properly. But, every inside page was still throwing CORS problems and searched in the DB and found a lot of hardcoded links with the setup site.

# [social] The other fun yesterday was Chrome had thrown a “what is new” and a “use AI” tab in front of the errors tab panel so wasn’t seeing the errors. (of all the places to have ads and pitches in front of)
# [Kupietz] I noticed the new version of Firefox is doing the same thing — they suddenly love throwing up popovers to tell you about all the new features you didn’t need.
