[artlung] One of the great things about WordPress is the self-updates as applicable. I have to say I've not seen one of these "failed transaction" updates in a while. Reporting here for the information of the maintainers.

[tw2113] i ran my own website plugin updates today and didn't experience any issue, but I also didn't do so via the WP admin UI either

[artlung] So, that run I believe was run under `wp plugin update --all;` - I do have some on this instance that self-update, but I also have a daily cron that does `wp` updates.

[artlung] I'm not seeking help or advice, merely reporting a data point with the plugin.
