mattl i'd assume that http://www.brightondigitalfestival.co.uk/events/indiewebcamp-uk-2013/ is a page in WordPress and rather than updating it, they adeed a new page and deleted the old one. It's a common problem with WordPress that people don't edit the URL slug to a page they make.
