Haxxa Loqi the problem with the indie web is that it still doesn't answer how it all interacts the reason facebook and silo based sites are so popular is due to the intergration and ease of use - the indie web really only fills a niche of techy's and for people who have specific rationale for setting up a site for the rest of people they prefer having a third party in control of there content
