tantek KartikPrabhu: in general my goal with "vouch" (seriously, feel free to suggest a better name) was something *easy* for the *receiver* to process. Putting more burden on the sender IMO is the right principle/approach given how *less* burden on the sender turned out for email/trackback/pingback.
