voxpelli there's a single protocol handler, that's kind of the point (Firefox though allows you to pick which registered one you want to use whenever a site asks for it though) – then that protocol handler returns any number of different endpoints that can handle any number of different actions – so far only a "reply" endpoint has been used to my knowledge
