KartikPrabhu and has some weird quirks. if the "annotated" text is outside the viewport, clicking on the [1] scrolls you there, but then clicking it again does not reveal the comment unless you scroll a little bit up/down as for why do it on a silo: because it is easier to have someone write and host for you and apparently "annotations" are hard and complicated ;)
